elwrcl 1cacabb944 Enable Steam portal integration 
This change configures the system to use the GTK portal for desktop integration with Steam.

It ensures that the necessary portal file is available and sets an environment variable to enable Steam's portal functionality. This should improve how Steam interacts with the desktop environment for features like file pickers and screen sharing.

elwrcl 0e1879acb9 Adds GTK portal portal entry for Hyprland 
Introduces an explicit GTK desktop portal portal entry so the session can expose standard portals (file chooser, app chooser, printing, notifications, etc.) to GNOME/Hyprland environments.

Also includes a minor formatting/syntax adjustment in the default Nix file to align the file structure.
