tamponun kalan boyutuna kelepceliyor. Istemciler o alani sifir birakiyor
(hem CTS hem Vulkan ornek encoder'i), sifir alininca sinir tabana esitleniyor
ve donanima "sifir bayt yazabilirsin" denmis oluyor.
